 INGREDIENTES DE CIGALAS AL AJILLO 
cigalas   
aceite de oliva   
perejil    
ajos   
guindilla   
   


 ELABORACIÓN DE CIGALAS AL AJILLO
Pelaremos las cigalas, reservando para otra ocasion las cabezas para hacer caldo o una salsa de cigala.

Calentar el aceite de oliva,  echar los ajos y remover para que no se quemen, se hechan las cigalas con el perejil y la guindilla, se remueve.

Se sirve bien caliente.
