INGREDIENTES DEL DESAYUNO DE AVENA CON FRUTAS  
4 tazas de avena cocida 1 manzana picada
1 taza de pasas ½ cucharadita de cardamomo (son semillas aromatizantes)


 ELABORACIÓN DEL DESAYUNO DE AVENA CON FRUTAS
Se mezclan todos los ingredientes y se ponen al horno por espacio de 20 minutos a 180 ºC.
