INGREDIENTES DEL PEZ LIMÓN
Pez limón (serviola)
1 vaso de sidra
Pimentón
Sal gorda
Perejil picado
Orégano


ELABORACIÓN DEL PEZ LIMÓN

Abrir la serviola, limpiarla como corresponde en abundante agua y cortarla en rodajas. Dejar escurrir, secar, salpimentar, enharinar y dorar en abundante aceite bien caliente.


Agregar un vaso de sidra, pimentón, un poco de sal gruesa, perejil fresco picado y orégano. Tapar y cocinar a fuego suave por unos 40'. Servir acompañado por patatas.
