INGREDIENTES DE LAS MANTECADAS
½ kilo de harina ½ kilo de azúcar
½ kilo de almendras ralladas ½ kilo de manteca de cerdo


ELABORACIÓN DE LAS MANTECADAS
Se amasa todo hasta conseguir una masa homogénea y suave.

Se forman bolitas y una vez achatadas se meten al horno hasta que estén doraditas.

Se espolvorean con azúcar glas y canela molida.
