 INGREDIENTES DE ENSALDA DE REMOLACHA
Remolacha
Lechuga
Tomate
Pepino
Aceite
Limón 
Sal fina



 ELABORACIÓN DE ENSALADA DE REMOLACHA
Lavar las remolachas.

Cocer las remolachas enteras sin pelar, y luego una vez cocidas se pelan o se les raspa la piel.

Las partimos en cuadraditos. se sazona con aceite, limmón y sal fina, removiendolo todo bien.

Le añadimos lechuga, unas rodajas de tomate y unas rodajas de pepino.
